My family and I all upgraded to SightSpeed 6.0 and what a disaster - we can't talk to anybody. It's a real mess - SightSpeed clearly has some problems with the way this upgrade went.....what a shame, because SightSpeed (5.0 anyway) was the best......

Thanks for your comment -- yes, with a small number of our users, our conversion to a fully SIP-based system caused some not-unexpected initial issues. I just upgraded to 6.0, and it no longer works. My contacts are displayed with green buttons, but when I try to connect, the software claims they're not online. Please fix this!
