They've done so much right and they are certainly on the cusp of going to the next level.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I would add one more thing to your list. There applications framework was a brilliant stroke, but unlike the iPhone, they haven't been successful in giving applications a way to monetize. That would help Facebook transition from mostly shallow and gimmicky applications to more truly useful, business-oriented ones as well.
